INK CARTRIDGES 

Ink cartridges are for inkjet printers. They are widely used at home or small businesses that have a low print load. These inkjet cartridges are cheaper than toner cartridges but do not last as long as toner cartridges. Hence, they would not be ideal for large organisations that print very frequently.

TONER CARTRIDGES

Toner cartridges are used in laser printers. They are made up of a fine powder that makes the actual image on the paper. These cartridges are used in larger businesses where the print runs are comparatively higher. Toner cartridges are comparatively expensive than inkjet ones, but produce better quality prints and last longer.
